Once we've received a booking deposit and confirmed availability on the apartment BARTS staff will confirm back to you by email. If apartment is not available for any reason (rare case, since we update the bookings on a daily basis) your deposit will be refunded instantly. Damages deposit for florida_pedmall apartment is 350 when term is shorter or equal than 2 weeks or 799 when longer.If you choose either Service Pack or Standard apartment, Rental is cash only. Rental must be paid upfront and cash when you sign the rental agreement and receive the keyes of the property. However we have upgraded our system and when available, you can pay with credit card too.
In case of cancellation no refund will be made on the pre-payment. However, you will be able to change the dates of your rental period subject to availability on the same apartment, and at least 30 days in advance.
If you let us know within at least 30 days in advance about a cancellation, we will either refund 50% of the deposit or keep it for another operation, and this is up to you.

We request your flight # and airline company in case you wanted to hire our transfers services. Otherwise, leave it blank and let us know at what time you want to check in at the apartment.
We ask about your departure date and time in order to arrange for your airport dropoff service. If you don't need this service, please just fill your check out time and date.
Check in policy is after 12:00 PM and check out policy is before 11:00 AM When Service pack or Premier Pack marked you can check in and check out at any time.
Arriving to EZEIZA (EZE) Buenos Aires International Airport:
we will pick you up sharp from the Int'l Airport. If your flight arrives earlier than the scheduled time, you might wait a little more. We track the flights for delays, but it's hard to re-schedule when the landing it's anticipated. The place for finding our driver it's the "meeting point" at the airport. If you are not familiar just ask the airport personell where the meeting point is located. It's marked with white arrows on a big orange wall.
Driver will held a sign with your name / nickname and BARTS.COM.AR he/she will lead you direct to the apartment. We track every arrival, so if you don't see the driver, you can call from any public phone / locutorio to 2 different numbers we will provide you upon your reservation has been confirmed.
